No product listed for sale on Jays-Occult.com is eligible for resale.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely; we DO NOT store credit card details, or sell your personal information to third party companies, please refer to Jays-Occult.com privacy policy for further details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most locations within the United States of America. Processing times typically take 1–3 business days, and shipping times vary depending on the destination, typically 3-5 business days.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most unused, unopened items. To initiate a return, contact us at service-jays-occult@outlook.com]. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received by the purchaser damaged or incorrect. Certain items, such as custom-made products, ritual tools, and personal-use items (e.g., oils, herbs), may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and spiritual integrity concerns.

8b. Spirit Summoning Disclaimer (a.k.a. Don’t Blame Us if You Invite a Ghost to Dinner)

By purchasing and/or using any items from Jays-Occult.com intended for spirit communication, summoning, or general otherworldly interaction, you hereby acknowledge the following:

· You are solely responsible for whatever—or whoever—you invite into your space. 

· We do not offer exorcisms, ghostbusting, or spectral roommate relocation services. (We're flattered you think we could, though.)

· If your summoning results in a haunted toaster, mischievous poltergeist, or an ancient being who insists on backseat driving your life—that’s on you.

· We make no guarantees about the vibe, attitude, or punctuality of any summoned entities. Use with intention... and snacks (we’ve heard they like snacks).
